Terms and Conditions for Little Strikers World

Welcome to Little Strikers World (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our 52-week online football play programme and receiving our physical promotional items (the “Service”), you (“User,” “Parent,” or “Guardian”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

By agreeing to these terms you are confirming that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participating child (aged 2–5) and you voluntarily assume all physical risks associated with the football drills on behalf of my child.

1. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility

  • Adult Purchase Only: The Service is marketed to, and must be purchased exclusively by, adults aged 18 or older.
  • Supervision Requirement: The programme is designed strictly for children aged 2 to 5 years old. You agree that a parent or legal guardian must actively supervise all activities, drills, and video sessions at all times to ensure safety.
  • COPPA Compliance: In accordance with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not intentionally collect, track, or store personal data from children under the age of 13. All account creation, billing, and communication must be handled entirely by the Parent or Guardian.

2. Physical Risk and Medical Waiver (US Law Aligned)

  • Assumption of Risk: Physical activity, toddler exercise, and football drills involve inherent risks of physical injury (including scrapes, falls, or strains). By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks on behalf of your child.
  • Medical Fitness: You certify that your child is physically fit and medically capable of participating in these drills. We strongly recommend consulting a US-certified paediatrician before beginning any new physical exercise programme.
  • Waiver of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Little Strikers World, its directors, and content creators from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of any injury, illness, or property damage sustained during the use of our videos or physical promotional items.
  • Choking and Strangulation Hazard: The complimentary medals and ribbons contain small parts and long cords which pose strict choking and strangulation hazards to children under 3 years of age. These items are promotional keepsakes, not toys. They must be handled under constant, direct adult supervision at all times. Parents may remove the ribbon entirely to allow the child to handle the medal component alone, but active adult supervision remains mandatory.

3. Purchases, Fees, and Access

  • One-Time Purchase: The Service is billed as a single, one-time payment. There are no recurring subscription fees, hidden charges, or auto-renewals.
  • Access Period: Your one-time purchase grants you digital access to the 52 weeks of video content for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the immediate, digital nature of the video content, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once access is granted.

4. International Shipping (Medals and Stickers)

  • Free Promotional Items: The medals and stickers are complimentary rewards included free of charge with your purchase.
  • Shipping Timeline: Items are dispatched from the United Kingdom to your provided United States delivery address. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for international transit.
  • Customs and Import Duties: While the physical items are sent free of charge, the US recipient is solely responsible for any rare local US customs duties, import taxes, or local postal handling fees, should they occur.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Limited Personal License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the videos for personal, non-commercial household use only.
  • Prohibited Sharing: You may not copy, download, redistribute, screenshot, resell, or publicly broadcast any video content, text, or proprietary graphics from Little Strikers World.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • UK Jurisdiction: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed strictly by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Exclusive Venue: You explicitly agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these Terms must be filed exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction on the grounds of inconvenient forum.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Financial Cap: In no event shall Little Strikers World’s total financial liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the exact amount paid by you at checkout for the Service.
